"I used Orbana Healthy Energy Drink this morning in training as we do a lactate set, which is flat out sprint swimming for 40 minutes with a couple of minutes between each distance. Orbana went down well as it didn't stick in the stomach like some of the other drinks. Normally, I wouldn't contemplate drinking a full bottle of anything before a sprint session as it would be sickening, but I was okay with Orbana. I then went on to post my personal best lactate set and it was consistent for the full 40 minutes, which is something! So that is a promising result for me. I am going to get one of the gym tutors to try Orbana in between his 4 classes as they are demanding and he's usually in need of a booster somewhere in between them. I will also try using Orbana at the weekend when I do another sprint session. Thumbs up from me!!!"
